Local producers products

One of our aims is the use as much local produce as possible. Not only local but we strive to use ethically and environmentally friendly products where ever possible.

Below we feature some of our suppliers, check them out, we are sure that their products will please you. (the list will be added to over the coming weeks)


Corne d’Abondance –  Geert Schoenmakers  Geert and Myriam supply us with Bio vegetables, herbs and some fruit. We cant get much fresher than Geert’s produce as it comes from 500m from the café.

Clos Joncal – At a little over 6km from the café is the Vinyard of Joëlle Tatard. Accredited as Biologic in 2009, the ancestors of Joëlle Tatard were making wine there, as far back as 1775.

5km from us is Domaine du Siorac – Winegrowers and producers of Bergerac and Verjus wines from Périgord. Family owned since 1818, and fashioned by 7 generations, Domaine du Siorac is located on the wine route in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre between the bastides of Eymet and Issigeac south of Bergerac. The Estate is in BIO conversion and certified “High Environmental Value”

The new vineyard of Clos d’Almide run by Debroah and Mick – if you like full, fruity and robust red then this is for you! This is the first year of production of this AOC Bergerac and is a tribute to their hard work, looking forward to the next years vintage. Available by the glass to try in the café
